What inspires you to get out of bed everyday?

Our world has changed so much and with the technological age it keeps changing at a rapid rate. This makes our lives a daily challenge with all the access to information and no consistency in the world out there. Without any internal stability we form part of a collective of people who are constantly afraid and disregulated.

Is it possible to step off the train as it keeps increasing in speed? Do we have any control over the momentum or are we destined to get caught in the vortex?

Well, the good news is that the split between two streams of consciousness allows for us to break away from it, if we choose too. To step off of the train, from time to time. The question is how?

It is easier than we may want to believe. Creativity is the key. Your inner vortex holds a multitude of exciting and satisfying new opportunities and the world is waiting for it but in order to facilitate gestation, until it is ready to be birthed. You must be willing to step off the train on a regular basis. Now let's get into how: Your state of mind in the key.

Create your own bubble of fun spaces, that you can step into for at least a day each week. Consider the spaces you occupy and make them, no trigger, no stress, no conflict zones. Your social media, conversations you entertain in person and in your head. This is vital; the company you keep when you are by yourself. Visit your favorite public spaces and start to compartmentalize the safe zones, from that which disregulates you. In your work place lean towards the uplifting aspects of your work or company. Prioritize self care and rest, not by doing nothing but by focusing only on what is Infront of you. Meditate, walk, laugh, dance, and journal about what you appreciate.

The mind is going to want to hijack your attention by telling you that you need to be on the train, or else you will miss something important, you don't. This is how you build in your 5D world.

This is your world and it's time that you lay claim to it. The train has no destination it is just cyphoning your energy, while your new world awaits you.
